At the foot of the south beach, in great calm, beautiful volumes with lots of clarity, this house, turning its back on its binoculars, is an ideal base for combining a most sought-after area and a small intimate corner. "La sud", located in a quiet street, is ideally placed for access to the surf, the beaches (300 m from the central beach) and the entertainment at Place des Landais, a 5-minute walk away!
The house has:
- a large, spacious and bright living room with sofas, TV, dining area, all overlooking a large terrace and garden
- a fully equipped and functional kitchen with dishwasher, stove, fridge
- a bedroom with double bed, storage
- a bathroom with bath, basin, separate WC
- two bedrooms upstairs with three single beds and a trundle bed,
- a second bathroom upstairs with bath, WC and basin.
WIFI and 1 free parking space.
Washing machine. Duvets, sheets and towels provided.
The central beach, its bars and restaurants are 300 m away.
The six guests can enjoy real volumes without promiscuity.
The single beds can be pushed together to make them double beds.
Guests will have access to the whole house, and to the closed garage to store all their surfing, golf, beach, bicycles ...

Excellent location to enjoy the ocean! Everything can be done on foot. Shops and nightlife are a stone's throw away! Lots of space in this very pleasant house! Very nice and simple welcome, we just wished we could stay longer!

Terraced house near the South beach on foot. Bright main room with access to large terrace. The garage on the ground floor allows you to store equipment and bikes safely.

Very pleasant, bright, functional house very well located near the beach. All as described. Bike rental very close to the house also and city center 10 minutes by bike. Responsive and accommodating hosts. Great family week!
