An outstanding spot in the middle of downtown Asheville. The industrial yet super comfortable feel of the 2BR unit was great. We loved watching the people and hearing the music. We walked all over. A particular highlight was the Asheville Art Museum and Zambras for dinner.

This property was exactly as described, roomy, lots of natural light, and in a central, very walkable location. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again! Happy to report:-excellent maintenance response for a small plumbing issue, it was fixed in a few hours (before we returned from dinner!)-secure parking deck is convenient, about 50 steps from back entrance and open 24/7-3 entrance codes create a nice safe vibe (building entrance, elevator, condo door)-2nd bath has an ensuite and a hallway entrance (very convenient)-great beds and linens, and loads of pillows and extra blankets-they left us coffee to get us started (bonus!)Good to know:-front entrance luggage unloading spots are also used by a hotel and were not available to us-front entrance is handicap accessible, but when using the back entrance there are approx 10 steps before you can access the elevator-hallway has an unpleasant odor - but don't fret, you cannot smell it in the condo :)-bring hangers for closets-local tv is basic, but you can log into the apps and mirror your devices easily-use the phone contact in your reservation, the phone number on the refrigerator for assistance is not activeHope this is helpful!Thanks again for a great stay!

The loft is in a great location, right in the middle of downtown Asheville. There are many restaurant and shopping options within walking distance. The loft was clean and check in was seamless.The only issue was that the ceiling fans did not work, but the AC did, so no problem. The management company was very quick to respond to our questions.We would stay at the lofts again

Great Option

This is a great location with easy access to good dinning optons. Close to Biltmore and more relaxed than a hotel environment. Overall, it was a most enjoyable experience
