A beautiful 55m² apartment filled with memories of my travels around the world.
Please note that the building features CCTV coverage in communal areas to ensure resident safety.

The living room, which opens onto the balcony, is bright and spacious. Furnished with a large comfortable sofa, you will find superb works of art decorating the walls.

In the bedroom, you will find another entrance to the balcony. You will also find a double bed equipped with hotel quality linen and a wardrobe. Next to it is the bathroom, equipped with a shower.
You can also take advantage of a fully equipped kitchen that will allow you to prepare your meals before visiting the capital.

Your health is our priority. Our home follows an enhanced cleaning protocol, with professional cleaning and strategic disinfection.
We also provide fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience!

Bringing together Necker, Saint-Lambert, Grenelle and Javel districts, the 15th arrondissement of Paris is the most populous of the capital. Today, the 15th is undoubtedly one of the most lively places in Paris
The 15th arrondissement and its parks and gardens
Located in the heart of the capital, the 15th arrondissement offers beautiful parks and gardens. The Parc André Citroën, ultra modern, as well as the Parc Georges Brassens, is more intimate, with its river and its many varieties of plants. Also worth seeing is the Suzanne Lenglen Park, where the Paris Heliport is located. What to delight enthusiasts of aerial leisure and thrills!
15ème arrondissement: carte blanche to leisure activities
Resolutely alive, the 15th has plenty of leisure facilities. It includes 19 gymnasiums, 6 municipal swimming pools and the famous Aquaboulevard. A real leisure center in the heart of Paris, it offers visitors 7,000 m² of change of scenery, relaxation and watery pleasures.
Art lovers will find plenty of places to satisfy their thirst for discovery in the 15th arrondissement. For example, the Musée Bourdelle reveals the works of art of the famous sculptor, presented to the public in the house where he lived and where he worked. Paris Vaugirard: Restaurants and Bars
In the 15th arrondissement you will find many bars and restaurants. Establishment not to be missed, Le Quinzième is a Michelin star restaurant run by the famous Cyril Lignac, Cauchy street, a stone's throw from the Montparnasse train station. In the bistro style, do not miss the Jules Ardoise where you will be served hearty dishes such as tartars at very reasonable prices. You will find this establishment on rue Falguières, between Montparnasse station and rue de Rennes.
Fancy a change of scenery and simplicity? Enter the bar brewery Au Dernier Métro. Close to the Dupleix station, this establishment invites you to taste good dishes of the South-West, accompanied by delicious wines!

Please note that this is a self-check-in apartment. We will contact you with instructions before your expected arrival. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
