Located on the 2ᵉ floor of a condominium on the marina, you will find a cabin bedroom, a shower room, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a terrace overlooking the port. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be prepared on arrival. Wifi included.

The accommodation comprises
- A lounge area with 2 sofa beds, TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, hob, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.
- A bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC

Outside area :
- A terrace with outdoor furniture, overlooking the port

The flat is ideally located in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Neighbourhood and activities :
- This is an area where life is good. You can admire the most beautiful sunsets from your window.
- Near Solidor beach
- Bars and restaurants within walking distance
- Intra-Muros, the historic centre, is a 15-minute walk along the seafront
- A market on the Place de St Servan 700 m away on Tuesdays and Fridays
- A small oyster market is open every Sunday in Place Bouvet (theatre square)
- St Servan is known for its large shopping street, the Solidor tower and the Cité d'Aleth, the birthplace of Saint-Malo.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park 100 metres away in a large free public car park.
