Welcome to our home!

The cosy living area has a comfortable double sofa bed and a TV, perfect for relaxing in the evening, while the adjoining kitchen and dining table are great for social cooking and eating together.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and fridge to easily prepare a tasty home cooked meal. The cooking utensils and kitchenware are provided for your use as well.

There are two bedrooms and both come with double beds that will be made up with hotel quality linens as well as wardrobes as storage space for you to make use of and TV in each room!

The bathroom comes with a walk-in shower as well as fresh towels.

Residents of the 8th arrondissement benefit first of all from an exceptional cultural offer. In addition to museums such as the Palais des Découvertes, to satisfy our scientific curiosity, and the Cernushi Museum, dedicated to Asian arts, the district is rich in tourist monuments, such as the Arc de Triomphe, built at the request of Napoleon in the aftermath of the famous Battle of Austerlitz, and the Obelisk of the Place de la Concorde, a work from the Luxor Temple and dating from the 12th century BC. The Petit Palais and the Grand Palais will also surprise you with their impressive architecture and exhibitions.

But we don't stop there, the district also houses the official residence of the French head of state, the Elysée Palace, and the magnificent Madeleine Church. For history buffs, come and discover the Chapelle Expiatoire, which was built on the site where Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette were buried after being guillotined on the current Place de la Concorde. As for fashion and luxury lovers, they will find their happiness in the boutiques of the Faubourg Saint-Honoré, or on the prestigious Avenue des Champs Elysées. For a moment of relaxation, enjoy one of the most beautiful gardens in Paris, the Parc Monceau.

Loss of Electricity and Poor Communications

The apartment was spacious and modern, with a nice layout and lots of light. Nice building, small but helpful elevator (6th floor). Beds were comfortable. View of the Eiffel Tower surprised us. Two problems I'd share: 1). The apartment LOST ELECTRICITY. All other power in the building was on: The elevator, the hallway, the neighbors. But ours had none. So that meant no lights. No heat. No hot water. No showers. No charging phones--so, no ordering food. No Uber. No maps. No communications. No vaccine passes to show. We had to call multiple times to get attention to the matter. They offered to move us to a 1BR miles away from Champs (no thanks). On one call, we were told it was fixed. We came home to still find no power. We bailed. Moved into a hotel. Problems happen--but how a company responds to a crisis can make all the difference. This didn't go well in that regard. Less important, but hopefully helpful to the owners: The place felt like we were borrowing a friend's flat, with all their stuff--it's not set up for guests. Two of the biggest closets were packed with what seemed to be owner property. I had no place to put my suitcase, so I brought a side table from the living room into the bedroom. There are party photos of the previous occupant on the shelves. Christmas tree still, in March. Kind of weird.
