Welcome to our home!

The cosy living area has a comfortable double sofa bed and a TV, perfect for relaxing in the evening, while the adjoining kitchen and dining table are great for social cooking and eating together.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and fridge to easily prepare a tasty home cooked meal. The cooking utensils and kitchenware are provided for your use as well.

The bedroom comes with a double bed that will be made up with hotel quality linens, also with an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The toilet is separated.

The Marais, located between the 3rd and 4th arrondissements, is a lively district with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops and one of the capital's most popular tourist areas.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Le Marais is indeed a mix of past and modernity, a very trendy place and historic area with reminiscences of the past, whose streets are know for their beauty and charm. There are more cool bars and excellent restaurants in the area than you will need !

Once you pass the doors of the buiding, you will enjoy the Marais and its old streets, new shops, trendy restaurants.

A few minutes away from your nest, start your day with a healthy breakfast at Bob's Kitchen, then spend some money you don't have in a vintage shop like Omaya vintage or buy things you don't need at Hema, let you seduce by the fresh and colourful fruits and vegetables from the Marché des Enfants Rouges or by a meal at one of the many Asiatic restaurants of the neighbourhood, catch an independent film at the MK2 Beaubourg cinema or a contemporay exhibition at the Centre Pompidou, learn about techniques at the Musée des Arts et Métiers located in a former abbey, and finally, start your night with an exotic cocktail and Mexican tapas at the Candelaria before heading for a concert at the Gaité Lyrique.
Then go to sleep and do it again the next day !

You will find two minutes walk from the apartment the metro station Arts et Métiers (3 and 11).

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (14:00 on the day). If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
