GuestReady - Sumptuous apt near train station

We invite you to come and stay in our recently renovated 42 m2 apartment. It is on the 3rd floor (with elevator) of a very secure building.


The apartment is composed as followed :

- A living room with a quality sofa bed, TV, WIFI and a dining table to eat.
- a closed kitchen fully furnished and with dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, etc ...
- a separate bedroom with storage (wardrobe with hangers)
- a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet
- the + : washing machine, iron and ironing board, 2 fans.

You will be provided for your stay: sheets for bedding, towels, a kitchen towel, shower gel (1 per person) and soap, some coffee capsules and sachets of tea.

All the apartment is yours.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of EUR 20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
