Brand new quaint cottage on a 103 acre private setting with all the amenities you will need. Full modern kitchen, rustic decor, open design floor plan with gas fireplace with great views of the 7 acre lake and the abundant wildlife. Two private decks with one having a lake view and the other overlooking the rear yard. Grill and outdoor fire pit to roast those marshmallows under the stars. Three miles of paved walking trails wind through the property. Close to Redbank Valley Rails to Trails and also Kayaking on the Redbank Creek. My wife Jennifer and I recently retired as franchisees of a Quick Service restaurant franchise and sold our home to purchase this beautiful property. We also operated an Inn in New Bethlehem for 4 years so we do have experience in the hospitality industry. I think our guests will realize this as we have strived to make this a home away from home. There is plenty to do without leaving the property or you can make a short drive to area attractions. Looking forward to repeat visitors to our property year after year.
