About this property

Typical Landaise house, one of the obvious attractions of which is its incomparable location: you are refugees just behind the dune within 100 meters of access to the superb ocean beach of BISCARROSSE-Plage (see photos), the holiday atmosphere - relaxation is palpable!
It is a cocooning spirit that awaits you, calm, while being in the heart of the resort, close to all amenities and its market. The atmosphere is family but also festive and sporty.
Renovated to offer interior comfort with an open living / lounge area and fully equipped open kitchen. Very well designed, the house offers five bedrooms including a master suite with private bathroom plus another bathroom and a bathroom.
Outside, you have a shower for returning from the beach, a summer kitchen with plancha and barbecue, a sunbathing area and a terrace shaded by a large motorized store-ban. On the other side of the garden, you can park two vehicles on the property in addition to the large beach-south parking lot next door (additional exterior photos to come).

Excellent séjour

Nous étions 6 adultes et 6 enfants e nous avons adoré notre séjour. La maison est extrêmement bien située et aménagée, très propre, avec suffisamment de rangement. Merci encore pour votre accueil.

Walking distance to beach

Great property and owners. Two car spaces. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Lovely area. Outside space great for children and eating out when the weather is hot. This property is great for a family. Only downside was having to walk through the twin bedroom to get to the other rooms. (4 single beds and a double room). Bathrooms great, always plenty of hot water for showering. Would come again.

Weekend du réveillon entre amis Emplacement idéal avec facilité pour stationner Maison très bien équipée et conviviale Parfait pour le groupe de 10 adultes que nous étions Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir des conditions météos idéales pour cette saison, nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse Propriétaires très sympas et très réactifs Merci !!

Absolument parfait

Maison équipée à la perfection, tout est disponible sur place pour y passer du court au long séjour. Idéalement situé à deux pas de l'océan. L'accueil est aux petits soins pour l'entrée. Nous avons passé un week-end idéal!!!
