This perfectly located apartment for 4 people, which is part of a small complex located on the beach, has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The large bedroom has a double bed followed by a bathroom with bath, toilet and 2 sinks.
The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds and next to it is another bathroom with shower, toilet and 1 sink.
Each bedroom has fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans.
Upon arrival, the beds are made and bath linen is ready.
The well-equipped kitchen has a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle, ... The washing machine is in the separate storage room.
The open plan sitting and dining room has a dining table and chairs for 6 people. In the seating area there is a 3-seater & 2-seater; LED TV with international channels. You can use free WIFI in the apartment.
The living room opens onto the spacious outdoor terrace with table, 6 chairs and parasol. Via a staircase (with a lockable door) you reach the path to the swimming pool, the beach and the chiringuito.
The pool bar is open from mid-June to mid-September where you can also get some snacks.
Several chiringuitos, bars, restaurants and supermarkets are within a maximum 5-minute walk. The bus stop to Marbella is also nearby, a car is not necessary but sometimes convenient.
If you want some bling, Nikki Beach is 500m across the beach.
