This house is specially built for vacation rental also. The construction will be finished by the end of March, 2020. Exactly the same house as the 60229 Cinder Butte House. Everything is the same except the furniture and the color of the counters. Minutes away from the Old Mills District, parks, art, culture, restaurants and dining. 20-25 minutes away from Mt. Bachelor and Cascade Lakes. you will love my place because of the comfy bed, nice kitchen, coziness and the larger rooms. My place is good for couples, solo adventures, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. 5 person hot tub and 65 inch 4K TV. This house is $160 per day cheaper because it is new. For guests' safety, we have a CCTV camera on the outside of the house, above the door, and between the door and the garage, and above the outside light. The camera is to monitor outside of the house when the house is vacant. Guests can turn off the camera by unplug the power of the module from the wall. Great space for large groups

We had a large group of friends visit Bend for some outdoor recreating. This utilitarian space was perfect! The host was very accommodating and communicative. We hope to stay here again on our next visit.

Great Bend house for a large group.

Stayed her with a group of friends for a great weekend of skiing. The house is quite large and has plenty of amenities. About a 40 minute drive up to Mt Bachelor and 15 minutes in to town. Kitchen is well equipped. The house was quite secluded from the rest of the neighborhood. Would definitely recommend for a large group/ family.

Fantastic stay

The property manager, David, was very communicative and made our stay incredibly easy. The house was fantastic and looks even better than in the pictures. We stayed as part of ski trip and the great part of this location is there are two different ways to get to Mt Bachelor so you can easily avoid the worst of the traffic. Loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this VR to others!

Awesome BnB

This beautiful and clean B&B more than accommodated our family of 14, ranging from newborn to Grandpa. The hot tub was a highlight for many of us. There was also no hassle about having our two dogs at this B&B. The only thing that could have made it better would have been SNOW!
