Great villa in Valbonne.

Absolutely great house with a large pool. The pictures do not do justice to this place. The house has everything you can think of and some more. The village of Valbonne is a gem, very close, great restaurants and people. Terrific vacation, will definitely come back. Thank you Michel and Valery.

Superbe villa trÚs agréable à vivre et bien située

ValĂ©rie et Michel sont trĂšs accueillants, et leur villa ne l’est pas moins. Les propriĂ©taires pensent Ă  tout pour que les vacanciers profitent au mieux de leur villa. Celle-ci est trĂšs bien conçue, trĂšs bien agencĂ©e et parfaitement Ă©quipĂ©e pour permettre de passer d’excellentes vacances (calme, aucun vis Ă  vis, plusieurs terrasses permettant de toujours ĂȘtre dans les conditions parfaites quel que soit le moment de la journĂ©e, piscine adaptĂ©e aux familles, chambres spacieuses, 2 Sdb, facile d’entretien de part les matĂ©riaux utilisĂ©s, garage Ă  disposition). Valbonne, trĂšs charmant village provençal Ă  environ 1 km, 15 minutes Ă  pied, avec toutes les commoditĂ©s.

Der Check-in war tiptop. Michel hat alles Nötige erklĂ€rt und gezeigt. Die Gesamtausstattung war sehr gut (KĂŒche: alles vorhanden; TV: Wohnen, 2x Zimmer; WLAN: perfekte Abdeckung auf dem ganzen GrundstĂŒck; BĂ€der: Top-Zustand; Pool: 1A; Aussenbereich: gut gepflegt, elektrisches Garagentor und Eingangstor). Gute VerkehrsanschlĂŒsse in alle Richtungen. Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen, wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Merci Michel!

Oasis of peace

We enjoyed the stay in the villa with 5 adults, two parents and kids, very much. The villa has three different terraces where it’s easy to withdraw and is conveniently located. Walking to Valbonne is possible in 20 minutes and a it’s a 30 minutes drive to Cannes and Nice. Michel and Valerie are great hosts.

Perfect stay in well equipped villa

The villa was perfect for our party of 5 and Michel went out of his way to make us feel welcome. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and the village of Valbonne is a short distance away with several good restaurants. The air conditioning was good but the house stays cool so it was hardly needed. We would gladly stay again.

Wunderschönes Haus und tolle Vermieter ❀

Wir haben uns in diesem wunderschönen Haus, das perfekt ausgestattet war, sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die Vermieter waren sehr, sehr nett und haben auf jede Anfrage sofort geantwortet. Wir hĂ€tten uns immer an sie wenden können. Das war aber nicht nötig, da es keinerlei Probleme gab. Alles war sehr gepflegt und sauber, an jede Kleinigkeit wurde gedacht! Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und der Pool war ein Traum. Er wurde bei der herrschenden Hitze sehr oft genutzt. Wir können einen Urlaub in diesem Haus nur empfehlen! An dieser Stelle noch einmal vielen Dank an Herrn und Frau Loue!!

Fantastic stay in Michel and ValĂ©rie’s lovely house

We are a family of four and we had a fantastic week. The pool, the house, the location and most of all very friendly greeting and great help throughout our stay from Michel and ValĂ©rie. We had car problems on our first day but with great help from Michel and ValĂ©rie we got the car fixed. The pool and house is well kept and we all enjoyed swimming and relaxing by the pool. The house is very well planned, separating the bedrooms from the living room and kitchen. The location within walking distance from the charming village of Valbonne is just perfect and within 30 minutes you can reach the beautiful beaches of the CĂŽte d’Azur. We would love to go back!

Merci Ă  Michel et ValĂ©rie d’ouvrir leur belle maison et leur jardin/terrasse trĂšs agrĂ©ables et ouverts sur la nature. Accueil trĂšs agrĂ©able et plein de bonne humeur. Michel et ValĂ©rie sont trĂšs discrets et nĂ©anmoins disponibles si besoin. La maison est situĂ©e Ă  proximitĂ© du vieux Valbonne et idĂ©alement situĂ©e pour dĂ©couvrir les Alpes-Maritimes. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprĂ©ciĂ© les moments en famille autour de la piscine aprĂšs nos journĂ©es de dĂ©couverte de la rĂ©gion et/ou dans nos journĂ©es de farniente.

Confort, calme et accueil sympathique... que demander de plus?

Maison trĂšs agrĂ©able et bien conçue avec sĂ©paration distincte entre l’espace de vie et les chambres, ce qui permet Ă  chacun de vivre Ă  son rythme sans dĂ©ranger l’autre. Le jardin est trĂšs bien amĂ©nagĂ© avec plusieurs espaces pour se dĂ©tendre ou s’alimenter Ă  l’ombre de parasols et de stores. Le coin piscine, un peu Ă  l’écart, est lui aussi trĂšs agrĂ©able, gĂ©nĂ©reux en chaises longues, ce qui fut fort apprĂ©ciĂ©! La piscine elle-mĂȘme est de bonne taille et trĂšs bien entretenue - merci Ă  Michel qui passait de temps en temps avec beaucoup de discrĂ©tion pour l’entretenir et arroser le jardin. Enfin, l’accueil de Michel et ValĂ©rie fut trĂšs sympa. Ils ont su nous mettre Ă  l’aise. Nous les remercions pour la confiance qu’ils nous ont faite en nous remettant leur jolie maison. Nous les remercions Ă©galement pour les nombreuses petites attentions qui furent trĂšs apprĂ©ciĂ©es. En somme, nous avons passĂ© deux semaines trĂšs dĂ©tendantes, dans un cadre fort agrĂ©able Ă  15/20 minutes Ă  pieds de Valbonne... petite virĂ©e matinale Ă  la boulangerie oblige! La rĂ©gion, que nous connaissons bien ne manque jamais de nous Ă©merveiller. Merci donc, Michel et ValĂ©rie. Nous espĂ©rons que votre premiĂšre expĂ©rience de laisser votre maison cet Ă©tĂ© vous aura donnĂ© l’envie de poursuivre l’aventure!
