This spacious, fully furnished one bedroom1st floor apartment is perfectly located and has everything you need for your vacation getaway. Home is in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to shops and restaurants. Guests are welcome to use the firepit, and gazebo in the spacious fenced backyard. Guests may use the gas grill on the deck however, it's primarily used by the owner. Free street parking available. Small dogs (2) ok. Will have use of doggie door to fenced backyard. Some guests have commented that the place reminds them of ship captain's house.
Please note: Rental fee(s) may be higher for select Naval Academy events and/ or boat show events. Please contact manager for additional details. Rates include 7% Annapolis hotel tax.

Great stay near USNA!

We were in town to visit our son at the academy. The place was super clean and in a great location, just a short drive to the yard. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a home cooked meal for our son. The living room and couches were comfortable, a great space to chat and rest. The location was safe and was near a coffeshop/bakery and convenience store- also, very close to DTA. We had great communication with Cindy, she always responded promptly. We would definitely stay again!

Nice 4th of July Getaway

Very nice property. Outside amenities were nice. However, patio furniture (Seat cushions/tables) was dated due to being out in the elements. We were able to adjust by bringing our own chairs. Keep in mind, this is a 1st-floor apartment in an older building, so you will hear the tenants upstairs. All and all, a great stay for the holiday...

Amazing location

The property was great and quite spacious for a 1 bed/bath. Easy walk into downtown Annapolis and the Eastport bars and restaurants. Perfect location.
