Renovated upstairs unit two bedroom with TWO parking spots in the Historic District . Everything is high end ,brand new and used exclusively as a short term rental. Private entrance, cute small custom kitchen, ceiling fans, mini split A.C/ heat in every room for year round comfort. Hardwood floors, quality linens , lucid matresess, Keurig coffee bar, toiletries . Walk to town in 10 min or less or take the free trolley to Main st,USNA,Churches,AYC. No children under 10.

.****Must message prior to request if considering bringing a pet - one dog only with prior permission *** Our space is a wonderful couples retreat - please no bach / loud groups/ children under 10. . It is a duplex so must be able to respect the other unit and be able to climb a flight of stairs .
Very chic and comfortable we renovated this specifically for Short term adult rental clients - no children under 12 please . Chosen as a coveted Air BB plus listing this is our 12th short term property and the only one with on location parking in town. This is the TOP floor apartment of a DUPLEX with an open floor plan its a nice functional space. Large closets, ceiling fans, new heat AC, kitchen with gas stove . New appliances - its a true rare gem in Historic Annapolis.Only children above 12. PLEASE NOTE .... As one of the only legally licensed rentals left in town we ask that you please thoroughly read our rules before booking .

You MUST message BEFORE booking with a pet . $100 pet fee one dog MAX WITH PRE APPROVAL ONLY . No children under 12. Please note It is a top floor DUPLEX and these properties are extremely popular so chances are the below unit will be rented as well . You will be climbing a tall staircase . Beds are generally set up as 2 kings - if you need a second king or two twins please request when booking it when you receive entry info .
Total separate entrances so no shared spaces.If you can’t be respectful with noise issues etc to others please DO NOT BOOK This is NOT a party property - 4 max adults at any time per city code . We will lose our license if this rule is broken so it is strictly enforced .

Pet Inquiries - please send a message BEFORE instant booking so we can discuss . $100 pet fee - one DOG maximum . SORRY NO CATS Only chill, NON barking , potty trained well behaved dogs allowed .
This is a duplex so please be respectful to all neighbors and other rental unit .
NO children under 12 years of age .
4 Adults or acceptable age children maximum guests . Guests must request second bedroom set up if in need of specific ( 2 twins or king )
No loud music , PARTIES (or Bach / ette )or smoking of ANY KIND- maximum 4 people at any time in the unit. Breaking this rule results in a $500 fine per city code rules .
Minimum renter age is 26
The upstairs unit is to use front entrance only . No backyard access as that is strictly for down unit only

Quiet stay in Annapolis

We enjoyed our stay - very clean and had everything we needed - including some unexpected yummy muffins! Having safe off street parking was great - considering that is almost unheard of in Annapolis! The bed was very comfortable and we slept well!

Quick getaway

My husband and I had the rare opportunity to get away for a quick weekend in Annapolis. The property was easily accessible to all we wanted to do, and we enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and exploring nearby restaurants. The property was clean and super cute! It was a great place to stay.

Gorgeous place right in walking distance of everything

This spot is absolutely gorgeous, spacious, and immaculately kept. It right right by the main drag where everything you need is right within walking distance. I highly recommend it!

Fantastic stay....I've been staying in Annapolis on and off for years, always in chain hotels until this time when the hotels were ridiculously over priced. Took a risk, booked this stay and it was excellent, great communication, place was spotless, comfortable beds A+++. So much better than the name brand hotels. This is our new go to spot.

Nice Place Convenient to DTA

Perfect place for my wife and I to stay to go to the Army/Navy Game. Well appointed. One block off West Street. Convenient to Naval Academy and DTA. Property was clean and matched the online listing. I would highly recommend this very lovely property. It was very well equipped and as represented. Steps might be an issue for some but we are in ours 70s and had no problems.

Nice place. Comfy beds. Kitchen had all we needed for short stay. AC kept it comfortable. Parking beside house for two cars is a plus. Stairs are steep with narrow treads, so be aware if stairs are an issue. Wasn't a problem for us.

Cute and Clean Apartment

This apartment was so cute! It had all of the amenities AND was pet friendly. I love the location at the end of the street - it was nice and quiet but also not a bad walk to food and a really cool vintage store. We ran into a small issue one night with the internet, and Megan got back to me right away and the problem was fixed in about 5 minutes. We would absolutely come back for another trip!

Great little place, walk to everywhere

This is a nice, little, top floor apartment at the end of a quiet street. Two ample bedrooms with king size beds means there's plenty of space for two couples or a family with kids who can share a bed. The kitchen is small, but serviceable and the owner left a nice treat for us. Walking to downtown is a breeze but there's a shuttle for those who just want to *be there already* that circles the area from a couple blocks beyond this rental all the way to the water.

Was the perfect location and walkable to everywhere we needed to go. Bedrooms were a great size and perfect for what we wanted. the bathroom is a barn door that was difficult to keep closed at times, but overall positive experience and would stay again.

Very neat & efficient unit, great use of space for 4 people max, very comfortable for 2. One of the best elements is the walkability to downtown, you just park and walk everywhere, no further driving needed. (maybe a small outside "guest parking" sign could be helpful) But excellent overall..

When we saw it we knew it needed a ton of work .. Duplexes in downtown are rare and this is in a one of the best neighborhoods in town - not to mention the parking !!!
Two spots are unheard of so we had to buy it and make our vision happen.
