Annapolis Charm –Bright 3BR in Downtown

Private 3 floor house located at the edge of Annapolis historic district. You can be certain that you will have all the comforts you expect here while within walking distance to the navy football field and the navy academy. You can also enjoy all the wonderful food and exciting shopping in between. The house comes with a furnished basement with bathroom/shower. On the first floor, you will find a stocked kitchen with a dining room and living room. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms with a bathroom/bath.

The house you are booking is newly renovated and furnished. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms. 2 Queen Beds and one bunk bed that can fit 2 young people. You can also find a bathroom with a tub and shower and a toilet with a bidet. We offer clean linens, pillows, extra blankets and fresh towels.

On the main floor is the cozy living room to hang out while dinner is getting ready, you can chill and play some board games, watch TV or just hang out with your group. There is also a spacious and fully equipped kitchen (design and functional) with all the necessary accessories you need to cook: kitchenware, pots, coffee maker, blender, water kettle, dishwasher, fridge, stove, oven, microwave. We don't have a bathroom on the main floor, only upstairs and downstairs.

In the kitchen you will also find all the cleaning products you need: windex, clorox, dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry soap.

Downstairs in the furnished basement is a full size foldout sleeper couch that can fit 2 people, work desk with lamp and comfy chair with ottoman and a 65” TV. A perfect place to get some private time or send the kids to play for some quiet time upstairs.

Guests have access to the entire property. This includes a backyard, and all space within the house. Guests will only not have access to the boiler room for safety. If access to boiler room is needed, please contact us immediately.

Parking: There is only street parking with enough space typically for one car. It’s a small street for all the houses. But there is also public parking garage that you can use if you have additional cars.

If anything is required or goes wrong, there is support in town to assist. Please contact us immediately for any and all issues. We will assist in resolving immediately.

Quiet tiny dead end street with parking only on one side. Parking is limited on a narrow street and we encourage our guests to limit the number of vehicles they bring. There is an additional parking lot very near by that you can use if needed. Neighbors are very friendly. School has a small path entrance to the track and field which leads you to a longer walking path through a park. As always we recommend to never leave items in your car.

To get to the house, you will need a car as public transportation in Annapolis is very limited. The house is right off the main street that takes you straight to downtown Annapolis. This is in walking distance. A slow stroll will take about an hour to the harbor and the academy. On the way you can stop along all the beautiful shops and restaurants to experience what the people in Annapolis love. Since you will be right off the main street, it will be very hard to get lost. It will be one way into downtown and one way out.

We have outdoor cameras that are capable of recording and saving video around the house for your safety.
No shoes inside the house. No parties allowed. Regular garbage and recycling must be separated. Recycling must go into recycling container based on city guidelines. Outdoor garbage containers must be brought to street every Sunday night and returned to side of house Monday after containers have been emptied. All garbage must be taken to containers on side of house prior to check out.
