This historic home was built in 1908 and has been fully renovated & perfectly equipped for your stay.

Located in the heart of downtown Annapolis, 10 Randall is conveniently located, granting instant access to the Main Gate of The US Naval Academy, the Annapolis Harbor, local restaurants and bars, boat cruises, and a variety of specialty shops ~ Making this location ideal for wedding parties, Navy parents and Alumni, sailors, and weekend travelers.

For those seeking a break from the hustle and bustle, the private courtyard provides the perfect setting for intimate dining or catching up on a good book.

Professionally cleaned and beautifully maintained, this home sleeps eight (8) comfortably in two queen beds, one convertible full bed, and one sectional/sleeper (queen) in the living room.

Parking is provided for one vehicle (up to a mid-sized SUV). If your vehicle is larger or additional cars need to park, it may be possible to provide parking at an additional cost. Please contact me if you have any questions.

Love this property and this is the second time I have stayed here. You can't get closer to gate 1 of the Naval Academy, and a short walk to downtown. The place smells wonderful when you enter, very clean and fresh. Great bed, linens and towels. The courtyard in the back is a great place to relax and have morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The parking spot is an added bonus and rare for a downtown location. I highly recommend!

The location is perfect across from Gate 1 and close to Main Street for restaurants and shops. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The instructions for the parking and unit made everything easy.

The house is in a great location. It is very historic and the inside is quaint as you would expect in a historic house. The single garage is around the corner and a tight squeeze. You have to either double park in front to unload (not ideal on a busy street corner) or unload at the garage and walk around to the front with all your items. (They are townhomes so no pass through.). We did have a problem when we arrived but our host quickly remedied the problem and sent housekeeping. It is on a major street into Annapolis so can be a bit noisy at night both cars and after-party noise. Otherwise everything worked and the location is the best.
