Amongst the allure of downtown living, lies this quant Annapolis home. This two bedroom, one and a half bath has a spacious fenced in back yard and is only steps away from the Naval Academy. The State House, great restaurants and fantastic shopping are also a close distance. Located on historic East Street, you will also find yourself surrounded by important landmarks, popular seasonal events and an all around perfectly positive Annapolis energy. Whether you're in town for an event, a football game or just having crabs with friends in the backyard; this house is the perfect quintessential Annapolis getaway. *Note: As of October 1st, 2024, we unfortunately can no longer offer a parking pass. There are several overnight parking garages guests can chose use in walking distance to our home. *

This house was perfect for our family of 4! House was extremely clean, all appliances in perfect working order and you definitely cannot beat the location! Walking distance to literally everything you could possibly want to do in Annapolis. Kara and Andy, the hosts, were so accommodating of our travel schedule as well. 10/10 recommend this property!

This property is conveniently located right outside the United States Naval Academy and close to down town Annapolis. The kitchen was well equipped and beds very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

This spot was exactly as pictured/ described and is perfect for an Annapolis getaway. The location could not be better - we walked the entire town and the Naval base with ease. Checking in and parking were easy and the house was very clean. Would definitely stay here again!
