Charming house by the sea
A haven of peace surrounded by the sea, rocked by the rhythm of the tides.
Located on a small point, the House sits in the middle of a Garden surrounded by the sea, which is accessed directly. A wedge allows you to dock at the end of the Garden.
All living rooms and bedrooms have a magnificent view of the sea.
On the ground floor three large living rooms each have their own character: a large convivial kitchen open to the water. A large Dining Room and a large living room and its piano, with large windows on the Gulf and several exhibitions.
5 beautiful bedrooms are on the 1st floor where there are also two bathrooms and an independent WC. 1 6th bedroom is located on the ground floor with its direct access from the ground floor to the garden towards the sea.
In the mezzanine of the parental bedroom is an office where you can work in peace as well as a video space. the House is connected to fiber optics and has a good wifi network.

Vue exceptionnelle sur le golf
Maison cossue, pleine de charme avec des volumes et des prestations de qualité, la propriété de Jean Baptiste a tout pour passer un séjour idyllique à l’île aux moines… emplacement au bord de l’eau dans un environnement calme avec une vue mer imprenable de quasiment toutes les pièces de la maison; malgré une météo un peu capricieuse, nous avons passé un week end inoubliable. Jean Baptiste est un hôte facilement disponible également. À recommander !

Simply breathtaking location
A large family house, comfortable and lovingly decorated, in a stunning location with panoramic water views. The entirety of the island is easily accessed via bike or on foot, but the house is sufficiently isolated that it gives guests the feeling that they’re alone on the island. Unforgettable.
