We offer this new detached house with two bedrooms for 1 to 4 people, quiet, ideally located 5 minutes walk from the beach of Pors Carn.

Close to Pors Carn la Torche beach, a beach that will allow you to learn or improve your skills in board sports.

In this house, you will appreciate the quality services, the charming setting and the tranquility.

Located at the southern tip of Finistère with its large fine sandy beaches, its ports, its rocks, its churches and chapels, you can relax there. Many activities are at your disposal: hiking trails either on foot or by bike, will transport you to the beaches, the ports, the Eckmuhl lighthouse.

About 70 m² on 2 levels, ideal for 1 to 4 people, it is composed on the ground floor: a main room with fitted kitchen and living room with stove, shower room, wc, bedroom as well as an enclosed garden with terrace , upstairs you will find a bedroom and mezzanine. In addition, you will have a garage and a private parking space.

Your water and electricity consumption will be billed to you according to the meter readings on arrival and departure.
We also offer options: -Bed linen, towels and end of stay cleaning.

A deposit of 500 € will be requested on arrival and returned no later than 7 days after your departure.

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Penmarch. Die Unterkunft war super und die Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt, ca. 5 Minuten vom sehr schönen Strand entfernt. Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Tolles Haus in toller Lage

Wir waren schon bei der Ankunft von dem tollen Haus begeistert: echt schick! Zu einem Strandurlaub gehört ein naher Strand: zu Fuß in 8 Minuten, besser geht es kaum. Supermarkt und Bäcker sind nah bei, morgens kann man auch mal ohne das Auto das Frühstück besorgen. Die Märkte der Umgebung, oder auch Städtchen wie Quimper oder Concarneau sind auch nicht weit. Wenn es wieder in die Bretagne geht: wir fragen gerne wieder hier an! Lieben Dank an Marina und Jérôme!

Haus und Lage toll

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Marina & Jerome. Kommunikation im Vorfeld sehr angenehm und zeitnahe Antworten. Das Haus ist mit allem wichtigen Dingen ausgestattet, die Objekt Beschreibung stimmt. Unkomplizierter und angenehmer Umgang mit beiden. Die Lage ist ebenfalls empfehlenswert, da man in wenigen Schritten bereits am Meer ist. Auch Erkundungen weiterer Spots in der Region sind von hier aus nicht weit. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten unweit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Une maison magnifique où tout est parfait ! Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement. Marina nous a accueillis avec des galettes et de la confiture. L'atmosphère de la maison, la propreté et l'espace, les lits, les chambres, la terrasse, le jardin, l'équipement de la cuisine sont au top ! Il ne manque rien. Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise. Le contact avec Marina est permanent, elle est prévenante, attentive et très serviable. Nous avons reçu de très gentilles recommandations pour les environs et les restaurants. Hübsches Haus in guter Lage

Das Haus entsprach der Beschreibung. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Nette Vermieter, problemlose Abwicklung. Lage in einen kleinen Wohngebiet, strandnah. Das WLAN schwächelte ein bisschen, was für uns jedoch nicht weiter tragisch war. Wir haben uns bei wunderbarem Wetter prima erholt und werden sicher wiederkommen.

Super semaine

Nous avons passé une super semaine à Penmarch. Beaucoup de promenades possibles à pied ou en vélo sans avoir à prendre la voiture. Le logement est très propre et neuf donc très agréable. Soirées près du poêle à bois appréciable après une journée pluie et tempête qui donne tout le charme à cette région. Merci encore à Marina et Jérôme pour leur accueil et leurs attentions. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter
