Le Clos St Jean is a beautiful house in a large property of 3000 m2. We live in the lower house and provide the top walled garden with a magnificent view.
The house is non-smoking and parties are prohibited.
The cottage is located in a peaceful village of Vexin and is accessible by car 50 minutes from Porte Maillot by A15 or by train from Gare St Lazare in 1 hour.
You can get your supplies at Pepone the grocery store Bar in the village otherwise supermarkets are accessible by car in less than 10 minutes
The region is known for hiking and cycling (the Paris London route does not go far).
Auvers sur Oise and Giverny are also nearby.

beau et tranquille tout près de Paris

Accueil très sympathique -- avec diverses attentions au cours du séjour -- de la part de la propriétaire dont j’ai par ailleurs apprécié la discrétion. Grand jardin très joli surplombant une belle vue longue sur campagne et bois. La maison a tout le confort et de jolis détails décoratifs. L’épicerie tout à côté était appréciable pour moi qui suis arrivée et repartie par le train (halte SNCF à 15mn à pied). Venue pour faire un travail sur ordi (c’est mieux au chant des oiseaux) et me promener au bon air (forêt et petit village aux belles pierres), c’était « juste ce qu’il me fallait ». E. L.
