OUR HIGH POINT HOME IS IDEAL for larger groups as we can sleep 10 people or those wanting a very large house to spread out.

We're set-up for vacation renters, corporate renters, traveling workers, those visiting High Point University, newly opened Qubein Arena and those relocating to High Point, Jamestown, Archdale or Thomasville. We're only 2 min from the main highway to quickly access those towns.

Our house is been beautifully furnished to honor High Point & Furniture Market! If you didn't know, High Point is the Furniture Capital of the World!

When you walk in the front door you're immediately greeted by the living room! You will notice the spacious and relaxing the vibe of your home away from home. You have a 49inch Smart TV in the living room. It is a newer renovated home with the living room with color that speaks to the youth and modern furniture market style.

The home has a Security System that will make your stay stress-free. There is a doorbell camera facing the front exterior of the home and 1 camera facing a portion of the backyard (not the patio sitting area), side gate and driveway.


LIVING ROOM
-- Cozy living room is set-up for gathering at the end of your day out or even for some relaxing after a long day with a movie on the sofa bed or chaise. There's a 49inch SMART TV with a variety of apps like NETFLIX, HULU, DISNEY+. It's also the perfect place to play some of the GAMES we have available for you at the house.

DINING ROOM
-- Comfortably seats 6 without the extension that is available in the closest. We have 2 benches as well as formal seating for a nice family or friends meal.

KITCHEN
-- We've try to think of as many amenities to accommodate our traveling chefs. ;) To name a few, we offer a standard coffee maker, baking pans, toaster and a variety of utensils for you to make your favorite meals. Smoothie lovers have a blender and a book with smoothie recipes!


BEDROOM #1
-- QUEEN BED -- This room is at the front of the house, adjacent to the bathroom. Is quite spacious, with a dresser and a walk-in closet. There's a SMART TV in this room. If you don't want to completely unpack, there's a luggage rack available!

BEDROOM #2
-- QUEEN BED -- This room is at the front of the house across the hall from bedroom 1, also next to bathroom . This room overlooks the back patio. It has a dresser, a walk-in closet as well as a SMART TV.

BEDROOM #3
-- QUEEN BED -- This room also overlooks the back patio. It has closet as well as well as a luggage rack. We call this room the crash pad. It's in the back of the house for the most privacy for someone seeking the rest away from the rest of those in the house.


BACK PATIO
-- After a long day, you can walk to the back of the house OR when you park in the driveway that's at the back of the house, access our beautiful patio. You can relax on the patio couch or enjoy a meal at outdoor table.
