Why they chose this property
The screen porch is perfect for keeping bugs at bay without hindering the views and sounds of the Caddo river rolling by. There is also a front deck with a couple of red rocking chairs and back deck that has a porch swing and a tube slide from the deck to the largest yard on the river! The living/kitchen area is set up for group fun and visiting!
What makes this property unique
The slide is fun for the family, and who doesn't love a porch swing?? The screened porch makes for a comfortable option for view and listening to the river! Lots of yard with a firepit and plenty of parking!
