Our Tennessee Sunset, is a 4,000 sq. ft. luxury cabin that is a peaceful getaway with breathtaking views of the Great Smokey Mountains from every room. Layers of sun-kissed mountains are a canvas for amazing sunrises and sunsets!

Conveniently located within 4 miles of Sevierville, the new Smoky Mt. Water Park, and the Tanger Outlet Mall in Pigeon Forge. 

Large Resort Pool and kiddie pool with water features.

The large great room has an Italian Leather reclining grouping and a large stone fireplace with gas logs and 75” smart TV, all looking out at the most beautiful mountain sunsets that you can imagine.

Game room with 8’ Kincaid pool table, custom wet bar & stand up arcade games, air hockey game table, sofa bed and a 70” Smart TV.

4 Large Master King suites with fireplaces and large private baths and comfortable mattress. 55” Smart TV’s in all bedrooms and awesome mountain sunset views from each bedroom. Large wrap around porches and Stainless Steel JennAir gas grill. Enjoy the large six person hot tub and lots of outdoor seating and tables to relax and take in the views of the layers of mountains.

Watch the Zip-liners as they zoom through the sunlit skies, right behind your back porch! A large porch swings and plenty of space to watch the Zip-liners and visit with family and friends. Be amazed at God’s beautiful creation!

Wonderful Family Vacation

We had a wonderful week of vacation spending time together with family. The cabin was so clean and very spacious! The kids loved the games and the theater room downstairs! The mountain views were breathtaking! We would definitely stay here again!

Our family stayed for a week in June. There were 8 of us, 4 adults and 4 children. The cabin was perfect, lots of room for everyone. The views are gorgeous! We highly recommend this beautiful vacation spot! Thank you to our host!

I have rented several cabins before in various locations and I can say this cabin has been the best. The cabin offered several different common areas to fellowship and plenty of space to entertain. My family and friends felt very comfortable in this lovely cabin.

This is the perfect place for 4 couples. No feeling bad about who gets the king size bed or private bath. All beds are king and have their own private bath. Views are beautiful. Cabin is close to Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg attractions - but far enough out of town for peace & quiet. This place is just as nice and stunning as the pictures. We took advantage of the Wahoo Ziplines and it was so much fun!! The people at Wahoo are friendly and helpful. And all for half price because of where you stay.Super communication with property manager. Always helpful.Only 2 small issues. The first time someone used the one sink in the master bathroom it literally broke off and water flew everywhere. I feel like the cleaning crew had to have known that was an issue. Luckily there are 2 sinks in the master.Getting around the development was a challenge. Two nights, when we came back to the cabin, there were cars parked on the street and we could barely get in the driveway. There was a car show and there were trailers parked everywhere. Next time we’ll check for car shows… because we definitely plan to return.

FIVE STARS

Four couples stayed 6 nights in this beautiful cabin. The view was amazing with the gorgeous fall colors. We enjoyed watching the zipliners whiz by while we sat on the porch. The cabin is very well stocked with most anything you need to cook with. Everyone said their beds were very comfortable and rooms all had great views. The owner was very accommodating and easy to work with. Would highly recommend this cabin!

My wife and I had a wonderful long weekend with some of our children and their significant others. the cabin was amazing! The view was amazing! The game room was amazing! It was convenient to town and everything worked as described. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Cabin

This property fit our whole family and was absolutely perfect. It came equipped with baby gates for the stares too which was great as we have 2 babies that are now crawling around and we forgot to bring ours. Kid friendly and very close to everything we wanted to do. Rick was easy to work with and we had a great time. Will stay again! Thank you!

Wedding Weekend

From the time we walked through the door, everyone was drawn to the beautiful view of the smoky mountains. The multi bedrooms with bathrooms was perfect for our large party. The house was very warm and inviting to the point that we preferred to stay in and cook rather than go out. We would definitely come back and stay again.

Perfect for the groom's family!

The house was amazing! It provided a beautiful back drop to a perfect extended weekend for our 4th son's wedding. Our whole family was able to stay together in one spot , including 2 young grandsons and their great grandmother! We were able to host out of town guests for meals . There was so much to do in the house we really didn't even need to leave outside of wedding events.Time on the porch was incredible both for relaxing as well as gorgeous pictures! Would definitely return if another occasion arises!

Best Cabin In Town!

What an amazing place. As a group of four couples, finding a cabin large enough for us all with room to work is hard sometimes. Just because it "sleeps 12" doesn't mean its very comfy for 12! This house has a true 4 master bedrooms, extra baths, a large table, huge bar, everything about it is perfect! We will stay here again and again! Oh and its easy to find and access, the check in was easy, the cleaning crew is awesome, the owner is great! Five stars all the way!

Beautiful Cabin

The Tennessee Sunset is a beautiful cabin!! We were 4 couple traveling for a “reunion”. The cabin was immaculate!! Well stocked with a “starter supply” of toiletries and items needed for the bathrooms and kitchen. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. We used the grill, it worked very well!! The game room was so much fun and the theater was was great!! Cabin was located close to everything! We had spectacular panoramic views of the mountains.

Perfection

Pictures do not do this cabin justice! Everything was perfect and far exceeded our expectations! The furniture was beautiful and the decor was astounding. This cabin felt like home but better. Everything we needed was there. By far the best cabin at the resort. Close to everything. Breathtaking views of the mountains. Porches that do not disappoint. We have a large family and we never felt crowded. Will be staying here again!

Wonderful property with fabulous hosts! Extremely helpful and responsive. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The pictures online don’t do the home justice - absolutely beautiful! Nothing was spared down to the furniture, decorations - many nice little touches. Love our time! We shared with another family while we all continued to work remotely and gave our children a change of scenery trip — we had of plenty of space for everyone! I would highly recommend - do not look any further!

Amazing

We came down for my mom’s 65th birthday and it was nothing short of amazing. It was enough space for everyone and even have your own private bathrooms. There’s plenty to do especially during a time like this such as pool, theatre room, air hockey, board games, darts, and more. The views are to die for and everything you need as far as cooking was already there and ready to use. We did have a couple of times where we had minor issues due to construction but the owners are very prompt, sweet, and involved. It was handled in a matter of minutes and it didnt effect our trip a bit. Bob and Cleo even was so thoughtful to leave my mom a gift which she greatly appreciated and loved. I’m so ready to go back. Its just simply amazing. There’s nothing to think about, just book!

Beautiful view of mountains

The cabin was absolutely gorgeous. It had everything we needed to feel at home. Plenty of room. The gas grill was definitely a plus for our family. The game room was great. Our family spent most of our time in the game room when we weren’t experiencing Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The views of the mountains were beautiful. Absolutely Amazing!

Our daughter graduated from University of Tennessee this past weekend and instead of all of us staying at hotel in different rooms, we were able to have our family gathering at this amazing cabin! It was just everything we had hoped for, spacious, stunning view and tons of room! We cooked dinners together, laughed, took amazing pictures, played games and sat on the deck just to relax. Rick was also very responsive, couldn't have asked for a more perfect host! Stay here!!!! You won't be disappointed you did, best cabin in the entire resort!!!

We’ve owned cabins in TN for several years and love getting to know so many of the guests, that we’ve been blessed with over the last few years. We’re both semi-retired and have three wonderful children and five fabulous grandchildren. We’re also blessed with a wealth of friends, a great church family and a wonderful God that always watches over us. We’ve loved building and decorating this cabin, imagining that our future guests would enjoy the comfort and beauty, and the wonder of Gods workmanship that is visible from each and ever window!
