This cottage enjoys a prime location: it is approximately 1.5 km from fine sandy beaches and at the same time enjoys a rural setting, as it is located in the heart of a 9,000 m² wooded estate, facing the sea, on a hillside, offering breathtaking panoramic sea views.

We also own an organic citrus orchard (Ecocert label) that we can show you around.

Close to all amenities, less than 1 km from L'Ile Rousse and 22 km from Calvi, in Haute-Corse, you can easily explore the entire beautiful and renowned micro-region of Balagne. You'll discover fine sandy beaches bathed in turquoise waters. Experience the soul of the Balagne villages by wandering through their narrow streets and discovering their architecture and artisans. The "intervillage" trail passes close to the property.
You can also enjoy water sports (SUP, boat trips or fishing, sailing, diving, etc.) as well as other activities such as cycling, golf, mountain biking, horseback riding, swimming, tennis, hiking, etc.

Back at the cottage, you can admire the sunsets over the sea.

On a gated property (with a coded entry system), this cottage is located on the upper floor of a building that includes three other cottages (each with its own independent entrance). It is composed as follows:
Living room/kitchen with two 90x190 cm pull-out beds, 1 bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed with sea view, 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet.
