Great condo in great location

Great place very close to the River Run gondola. Clean and well equipped. Condo complex is very nice and well maintained. Check-in details for parking were lacking, it wasn't clear that the garage entrance is at the very far end of the building and in the basement of the building. Lots of construction in the area so it took some work to find the walking path to the gondola. Bummer they're building a huge condo complex that will block the view to the gondola from this unit. Water heater for the entire complex was out all day so no showers for day 1 of our trip.

Excellent Proximity to the Slopes

We have been coming to Keystone and staying in River Run for years. While this was a typical 2BR 2BA layout, we appreciated the cleanliness, working order and condition of this unit. The kitchen was well appointed and the rest of the unit was cozy including a warm fireplace. The view was beautiful and, most importantly for us, the walk to the lifts and ski school was minimal and easy for a seven year old. The management company was quick to respond when we needed an extra blanket as well. The building elevator was out of service for half our stay which was inconvenient but the pool and hot tub on-site were perfect after a day on the slopes. Would absolutely stay in this unti again.

Beds are tired left us tired

Location is perfect but the beds are mid level at best. You’re paying for the location. The amenities are good for a condo unit. Heated parking garage was nice. Walk to gondola. But don’t expect heavenly sleep as the beds are low-tier mattresses with a lot of nights logged on them.
