This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 7 with a king bed, twin-over-full bunk bed, and a queen sleeper sofa. It has been recently updated with modern furnishings, fresh paint, lighting, and stainless steel appliances. Ideally located in River Run Village, you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a short walk from the high-speed gondola. Silver Mill offers shared amenities including a sauna and three hot tubs.

The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features hardwood floors, modern furnishings, and a large flat screen TV above the gas fireplace. Relax on the brand new leather couch, which includes a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping arrangements. Extra sheets and blankets are stored in a closet. Just off the living area, you will also find a private balcony that offers mountain views and seating for two.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances. The dining area features a brand new dining table that provides seating for four. The first of two full bathrooms is just off the living area and features a pedestal sink, vanity lighting, and a shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, mounted TV, hardwood floors, and en suite bathroom. The bed includes storage and mounted lamps, perfect for reading in bed! There is also a dresser and a closet for storage of additional personal items. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a shower/tub combination, and a water closest for added privacy. The spacious guest bedroom provides a twin-over-full bunk bed, a mounted flat screen TV, dresser, and closet for storage.

Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental.
