Property comprising 4 rural lodgings, including 3 for rent on an olive grove of 2 hectares. Located at equal distance between the sea and the mountain
as well as at the gates of the Mercantour National Park, Sospel offers a rich historical and economic heritage due to its geographical location between Nice and Turin called the salt route.
Gîte n ° 2: Completely renovated upper ground floor. Entrance through small covered terrace. Living room (1 double sofa bed, TV
flat screen with TNT), fitted kitchen area. 1 bedroom (1 double bed). Shower room and wc. Shared washing machine / 4 gîtes. Heater
electric. Charges included from June to September. (For other periods, beyond 8kw per day, electricity consumption will be invoiced). Tourist tax. Access is via a 600-meter earth track, gravel, cemented in places, suitable for vehicles but not recommended for vehicles that are too low. Loc. sheets / request.
