Completely remodeled 350 sq ft pier & beam "efficiency" unit or mother in law suite, spilt unit ac/heating with full bath. Located behind main house. Enjoy multiple sitting areas w/private entrance & fully fenced backyard. Quiet location in an established area.

25 mins from Port Aransas with beach access, Mustang Island, White cap Beach is 10 mins, North Beach is 15 mins, The Lexington, Texas State Aquarium, & Texas A & M Corpus Christi. Corpus Christi Hooks (baseball) & Ice Rays hockey are within 10 mins.

Was a quiet, clean, comfortable place. Had a fenced yard for our little dog. There was everything we needed and was very handy to access many places. The bed had an extra foam pad that made the bed very cozy. Wish there were more places like this in our travels.

Cute lil Cottage

Found this cute lil cottage on VRBO in a nice older neighborhood located not far from Ocean Drive and other restaurants. This cozy clean lil cottage comfortably sleeps two and had many amenities needed for our short little stay. Looks and description was pretty accurate. We even enjoyed sitting out on the deck with our furr babies. I definitely would stay again and recommend this cottage for a couples getaway.

My family and I had an amazing stay at this cottage! The location was perfect, with easy access to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The cottage itself was beautifully decorated and very clean, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. i had the most enjoyable stay,...the cottage is located in a very quiet, safe, and enjoyable neighborhood, in the Corpus Christi bay area... the unit is behind the main house, which is where the host resides...the check-in process was completely as described, which was easy, and hassle free... the cottage is very clean, cozy, and well kept...the host, Melissa, is very personable, outgoing and friendly, and makes sure her guests feel at home, and that all their needs are met..,, the backyard outdoor deck, was relaxing, and a super place to read my book, while enjoying the trees, birds. and beautiful weather...and what a cute, comfortable bed.... yes, i definitely highly recommend a stay, as i am quite sure i will revisit as well....

Quiet Neighborhood Near Retail

This is a great location that is near everything in Corpus Christi. There's plenty of coffee, restaurants, and retail stores around. We will definitely remember this location for quick visits. The bed was super comfortable and the guest house had small efficient items... perfect for a "less is more" situation!
