The Alba villa in Calpe is ideal for families who wish to spend a few days of relaxation in one of the most peaceful urbanisations in Calpe. It is located near Puerto Blanco beach, and close to the town, where you will have access to all services in less than 5 minutes by car.



The Alba villa has 120 m² of comfortable accommodation on a single floor and is fully equipped, it has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet, and has a capacity for 6 people.

The first bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, and an en-suite toilet with WC and washbasin only (without shower). A second bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning and a third bedroom with two single beds and a fan. The property has a full bathroom with a bathtub, a living-dining room, terrace and an independent electric kitchen equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Important note: the villa is distributed on a single floor and to access it you have to climb a flight of stairs from the street to the dwelling.

Views with a pool!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Calpe. The house has incredible views up in the hills and the swimming pool was perfect. The apartment has a very well equipped kitchen so we were able to prepare meals at home. The host was very responsive and helpful.

ALBA is a nice located villa opposite the “German mountain” in Calpe.

The very nice location in view of the sun and the location of the swimming pool, just outside the villa. No other floors than the ground floor. Difficult to say but suggest to go and stay there yourself for some days.

Location

ALBA is a very good located villa although it is a dated house with some overdue maintenance. After our comment last year actually nothing has changed, loose floortiles. Some doors of the kitchen cabinets were were loose which I repaired with only my crewdriver…. But all in all a pleasant villa which needs some attention Being the agent for the owners jump in a few days yourself what you miss or what should be looked after.

Ha estado genial, se está muyyyy bien allí, la casa tiene casi de todo, la playa está cerca la urbanización es tranquila, las vistas geniales y la zona de barbacoa muy cómoda Por mejorar, habría que poner alguna valla para que no se salgan los perretes, y una paellera que no había en la casa y en la zona de barbacoa hay un paellero de gas

En general , todo muy bien. Nos gustó el detalle de que al llegar, estuviera el aire conectado para acondicionar la casa. Echamos de menos una puertecita/valla que separe el exterior de la casa de la calle , y de esa forma impedir que los niños o las mascotas puedan salir fuera.

Beautiful villa, peaceful area

This villa is fantastic and very well equipped for catering. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. If you struggle with mobility then this is not the villa for you, there are a lot of steps and the villa is set on a steep mountain side. There is a tiny private beach about a 15 minute downhill walk away, and a busier large beach about a 30 minute walk away. This is a very hilly area so be ready to climb! I cannot fault the villa itself, it has everything you need for a fantastic get away including an incredible view and private pool. There are lots of roosters in the area that crow incessantly throughout the day but the blackout blinds muffle the sound and ensure you get a good night's sleep. Calpe is a lovely town but with a relatively quiet nightlife. Overall we had an amazing time here and villas Guzman were extremely helpful throughout the booking process.

Wohnbereich ausreichend ; sauber und absolut OK. Außenbereich völlig OK Grillstation super . Lage top. Anmerkung: Die Parkfläche vorm Haus auf dem Grundstück ist für größere Limosonen bzw. SUV etwas zu klein bemessen. Ansonsten rund herum zufrieden.

We were only on a short stay but we found the villa to be very comfortable and clean. It was very close to calpe and all the main roads.quite a lot of steps not suitable for disabled, nearly had a slip up. Aircon was great and the villa was spotless .
