Less than a mile from the Siesta Key Village and few minutes drive from the Sarasota Mainland this unit includes use of community heated pool and a covered parking space. Recently updated living room, dining room and kitchen with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Pull out couch increases the available sleeping space. 3 TV’s including 50 inch screen for the living room that include Xfinity HD cable and condo wide WIFI. Location must be rented for a minimum of 30 days.

Nice location but condo needs updating

Large condo with a great location but major structure repairs were undertaken while we were there from Monday to Friday every week we were woken by jack hammers Condo needs major kitchen and bathroom renovations as in poor condition. The cleaning was not satisfactory

Right across the street from the beach with a good view. Comfortable and clean condo with chairs and cart for beach use. Owner was easy to work with.

Beach way

Great location, right across from Siesta Key Beach! Pool was nice, swam and grilled out a few days. Condo was furnished with anything we needed. Beds and furniture were all comfortable. Only negative is the place could use a good cleaning and would benefit from a fresh paint job, it’s dated and could use a little love. That said we would stay again.
