2 bedroom and 2 bath recently updated condo with screened balcony with Gulf of Mexico water view, and across from Siesta Key quartz sand beaches. Siesta Key beach is the #1 beach in the USA. Perfect location on the Island. Short bike ride to the Village where there is plenty of restaurants and shopping. Only a short walk across the street to the beach. Quiet complex with heated pool, several gas grills, washer/dryer in common area, one covered parking spot, and guest parking. Condo association requires minimum 28 day stay.
