Steps away from Siesta Key beach, this property offered a spectacular view of the Gulf waters. The unit was clean and well-stocked with the essentials. It’s within walking distance of the Village, yet a Breeze stop is right outside the door. Nice place to stay.

This was an amazing location! They walk to the beach was so easy, and the house was wonderful. The towels did smell a little mildewy when we arrived, but if that’s the only complaint I could have for an entire week, that says just how awesome everything else was. I would absolutely stay again! It’s about a 3/4 mile walk to the downtown area with some restaurants. We loved Lucky 8 and OfKors Bakery. Palma had the best Matcha, but Coast to Coast was a good runner-up. The host provided all of our beach gear, which was incredible. I love to snorkel and saw so many different kinds of wildlife, including sand dollars, puffer, fish, stingray, jellyfish, and many others. I did bring my own snorkel gear, but I think I remember seeing goggles there.

You truly cannot get a better location on the island. Walk across the street to a beach access, and within a mile of the village for all food and entertainment. We will be returning! Unit well stocked for the week, addition of cooler and chairs made this such a convenient place to travel and maximize the beach

Celebrate Thanksgiving

We enjoyed our visit to Siesta Key . Great location, and all the amenities you need. Cozy rooms with plenty of room. Our coffee tasted better sitting in the sun room watching the sun shine on the beach.

My husband, daughter and I stayed here for Thanksgiving week and had a blast! The views were great, the kitchen was well stocked (and this is coming from two people who usually host Thanksgiving for 20 people). We loved the proximity to the beach, the ability to wash sand off before going inside and the overall cleanliness of the unit. I would say the only “down” side is the small hot water heater however, we made it work. Highly recommend!

Sunset Royale Stay

Beautiful property with stunning view of the beach and gulf. Such easy access to the Siesta Key Village via trolley or lovely neighborhood walk. Short walk to the beautiful white sand beach. Matt’s condo was comfortably furnished and laundry access was easy. We loved our stay and plan to return some day.

Great place

The property was very nice, well kept. Location is awesome! We’ve stayed in this complex before and hope to again. The host communicated quickly to any question we had. The ONLY negative I could say would be that the beach towels were a little worn out. Otherwise nothing negative to say about this little gem!

Beachfront Condo

Property was very nice and clean! The added beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrella was a nice surprise! We arrived in Siesta Key a tad early and Matt was able to let us check in early. Communication was great! Definitely look forward to coming back here next year.

A Relaxation Dream!

Matt’s property is absolutely wonderful! Such a beautiful space and so close to Siesta’s crystal waters and white sand. We went in December when there were less people and it was just what we needed to get away from the hustle and bustle of working. Would absolutely recommend this property as it’s in a safe part of town as well, never felt afraid walking around and it’s close enough to the village to walk!

Perfect location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit at Siesta Key! The location could not have been better - directly across the street from beach access. The gear closet was stocked with comfortable beach chairs, two umbrellas, and boogie boards and sand toys for the kids. Beds were comfortable. We set up the sunroom as a third bedroom for our youngest, which worked perfectly. Great find for a family of 5!

Stay

The unit was very clean. Issues identified to the manager on site took over 5 days to correct. Showers were not center and oven didn’t work well. We loved the location. Would go back if dogs allowed. Overall a good stay.
