A first floor condo ON THE BEACH! You'll LOVE the convenience and amenities!!

Beautiful sunsets and summertime fun are yours to enjoy on the stunning white sands of Siesta Key beach!

This unit has undergone a major facelift... A remodel has been completed by opening up & modernizing the kitchen for a great new look and freshening up other areas of this very cozy, comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit directly across from Siesta Key Beach and amazing sunsets!

A King-Size bed in the Master with a remodeled walk in closet. Being a first floor unit where you can walk-out of the lanai and across the road to the beach makes this property not only amazing but incredibly convenient. The Guest bedroom has two twin beds and if you prefer a bridge system can be utilized to join them to make a comfortable King size bed (let us know in advance). There is also a sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress for that extra guest. This makes the total sleeping capacity up to 6*.

There are beach chairs, umbrellas, beach cart, mat and cooler provided for those beach days or you can relax poolside. Three big screen TV’s, Sonos Audio system and beautiful decor await your stay. There is also a fitness center and gas grills onsite for family cookouts. Washers & dryers are available on each floor, steps from your front door and are operated by credit card.

Siesta Key Village is a refreshing walk or a free trolley ride (50 feet from your door) away to all of the cafes, restaurants, bars and shopping anywhere on the island. Maybe you would like to parasail, rent a bicycle, gas golf cart or scooter to get around. There is so much to do that once you're here, you'll never want to leave!
We take pride in trying to have everything you could need for your vacation in our condo. If you find anything that needs attention, we have onsite management and maintenance just in case.....if something isn’t right, just ask!

Once a reservation is accepted, a contract will be sent by the rental office. An example contract with rules and regulations is provided under the rules and policy section.

*if sleeper sofa is used and the total guest count is over 5, an additional $25 per guest per night will apply.

The condo was clean and spacious. It was an easy walk across the street to the beach. The only thing is the listing doesn't mention its across the street from the beach but i would stay there again regardless

This is a great location with beach essentials included (umbrella with sand auger, chairs, WAGON, towels and a nice little cooler with some ice packs). The walk to the beach was super easy and there are nice little foot wash stations around the property. There is a sour/musty smell in the unit. There is no shampoo or conditioner included so be aware. This host also doesn’t give you your first morning coffee as I’ve seen many other hosts do, so you essentially have to go immediately to the store for coffee, shampoo, etc. The mattresses were good but the bedding was simple sheets and a thin blanket that was pretty worn. They also only seem to offer YouTube for TV which wasn’t great. The trolly was awesome, a great way to get around! This was a rather inexpensive stay, so it was fine, but not sure I would choose this unit again.

Thank you so much for the detailed review and for taking the time to share your experience! We're so glad you enjoyed the beach essentials, the easy walk to the beach, and the trolley — it really is one of the best ways to get around the area. I did want to gently clear up a couple of points for future guests reading this. Our pre-arrival information doesn't include coffee or shampoo/conditioner as part of the stay, so that wasn't an oversight — just want to make sure expectations are clear from the start! We also have Xfinity cable with over 1,000 channels available on all three TVs in the unit, so I'm sorry to hear the TV setup wasn't working well for you during your stay — that's not what should have been available, and I'd love to look into what happened there. I'm also sorry about the musty smell you noticed. Summer humidity here can be tough, and with the AC running 24/7 during your stay to keep things cool, that can sometimes contribute to that smell. I'll have the unit checked to make sure everything is functioning properly and address it. One more thing worth mentioning for future guests: we have office staff on duty all day and maintenance crews available to address any issues that come up during a stay, so please don't hesitate to reach out in the moment next time — we're always happy to help right away. Thanks again for the honest feedback on the bedding — I'll take a look at refreshing those. We'd love the chance to have you back and show you an even better stay
