Marco Island Beach Paradise - Waterfront, Pet Friendly, Pool Home

Private, gulf access, waterfront house has 3 bedroom, 3 bath (Sleeps 6 maximum) with heated pool and fully fenced back yard located on a cul-de-sac. Our goal is for you to enjoy our home and island as much as we do!

Marco Island beach house beautifully decorated with coastal décor. From the moment you enter the home, it feels like ahhhhh “vacation!” Our home has everything you would need to enjoy your much needed get away.

Large, private, fully fenced back yard with a heated pool (set at 80 degrees) and expansive pool deck with lots of seating and lounge chairs. There is also a gas grill to enjoy a backyard BBQ. Relax & enjoy a cup of coffee while watching the sun rise from the front porch, and/or a cocktail while watching the sun sets from the back balcony overlooking the pool and waterfront canal. Western rear exposure is perfect for beautiful sunsets, and all-day pool sun and fun. The back yard is fully fenced in, so it is perfect if you travel with your dog(s). Dogs of any size are welcome, but unfortunately one of the owners has an allergy to cats, so cats are not allowed. Dogs must be house broken and well behaved.

This is a two-story home. The upstairs includes an open floor plan with lots of natural sunlight overlooking the waterfront canal including a fully equipped kitchen, family room with large flat screen TV, dining room, laundry room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The upstairs master bedroom has a king sized bed, en-suite bathroom and 2 large walk in closets. The 2nd upstairs bedroom has 2 twin beds and it's own bathroom. The downstairs features a separate living space (included with rental - you have the whole place to yourself both upstairs and downstairs) overlooking the private pool and waterfront with a kitchenette / bar, pub table, cozy living room with large flat screen TV, andnother master bedroom with a king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, and walk-in closet. There is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy getting together or having some private space. There is space for up to 4 cars in the driveway maximum.

The home is fully furnished with plenty of towels, linens, cookware...everything you would need in your home away from home. Here are just a couple of extra things we provide to make your stay more enjoyable:

Our home is conveniently located just minutes away from the beach, great restaurants, bars, movie theater, shops, ice cream parlor and luxury resort spas. Our white powder sandy beach is less than a 5-minute drive away.

The boat and the boat lift are not part of the rental (our insurance will not allow this). If you want to bring or rent a boat while you are here, we have 3 large cleats available to tie off to along the seawall, and large bumpers you can use during your stay. We also have a dock ladder for easy in and out. You are welcome to fish off the dock. Also, if you are bringing your boat, the City of Marco Island does not allow you to park a boat and/ or trailer on any property in Marco Island. This is a city wide rule. You can dock the boat in the backyard / canal, but you will need to arrange for trailer storage during your stay. There are several low cost trailer storage options about 5 minutes from the house in Goodland.

OUR HOUSE IS NOT MARKETED AS “SUITABLE FOR EVENTS OR PARTIES,” AND PARTIES AND EVENTS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED!!! Marco Island has a strict noise ordinance. You cannot make noise that travels past the property line day or night. Please respect others around you during your stay so they may also enjoy their outdoor activities.

If there is anything else you would need to make your vacation more enjoyable, please let us know and we will do our very best to accommodate. Also, we have lived here full time for many years and can recommend some fun things to do, great restaurants, live music venues, etc.
