Ready for occupancy located in Wasilla, with lots of privacy that offer private picnic area on large parking space and private driveway. Yard is very private, and you can sometimes see moose coming through in the morning and evenings from the window.

Table and chairs as well as charcoal grill for barbecue are provided free of charge. You can also use our unlimited wifi as a BONUS feature free of charge. Vinyl Laminate flooring and new Rug carpet . Whole unit ceilings and wall are both freshly painted. Very clean & Comfortable place to stay.

Located in private country neighborhood and conveniently located between Wasilla and Palmer for a great commute in any direction, close to main roads and highways, but far enough away to be completely quiet. Beautiful, very private residential area surrounded by beautiful trees with private driveway and next to 2 lakes. Place is close to recreational areas and This tranquil upstairs 2-bedroom apartment contains its own washer/dryer.

Kitchen is open to living/dining area. Unit has two bedrooms and each measures 12 ft X 12 feet. Each bedroom has a spacious large walk-in storage closet.

All utilities including heat, water, electric, trash removal, snow removal , yard/ driveway lawn maintenance are all free of charge . Just pay the monthly rent and security deposit and you can move in anytime.

Unit was just updated under new management that can be reach anytime 24/7 for questions, concerns and request. Manager also lives on property for fast and friendly service. This is a NON-smoking , NON VAPE property (INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE HOUSE)and pets are allowed on approval only, with additional pet fee and deposit.

This property is near to town but yet has his own privacy and very quiet. Has its own private driveway and parking. Very safe place to stay. This property is clean and comfortable and conveniently located - but very private, surrounded by trees. Easy access and very near and close to recreational areas and natural recreation, school, church, shopping malls, restaurant, movie houses and health care clinic as well as Hospitals.. Wildlife viewings are frequent. wE chose this property because we traveled in this area our whole life and enjoy the place and surounding that Alaskacan offer. Washer and dryer are in the unit and the fully furnished kitchen is spacious. Unlimited Wi-Fi are provided.
