Studio in villa for 4 person - Monticello

This studio is located in 1 new independent WATERFRONT villa, it has a dressing room of 3m2, a private terrace with dining area and barbecue, direct access to the sea: beautiful flat rocks and a small sandy cove make it a very pleasant swimming and games area, but if you prefer a large white sand beach you can walk to that of Ile Rousse by the customs road (approx. 20 to 25 minutes)
it also has private parking (gate with remote control) and a collective solar shower.
preferably bi-weekly rental in July and August
