We offer you a beautiful Landes house with large volumes, located on a vast wooded plot a few minutes walk from the ocean and its beaches. Perfect for a stay of a week or more with family or friends to take surf lessons or relax at the beach. You are also 1km from the city center with its restaurants, bars and summer shops. The house has a large living room with TV corner (No WIFI, possibility to rent a box) (the fireplace is unusable) as well as a fully equipped independent kitchen: oven, ceramic hob, large fridge freezer, washing machine. linen and dishwasher… On the ground floor, 2 bedrooms with cupboards and double beds (140cm and 160cm), as well as a bathroom and separate WC for more comfort. Upstairs, an additional bedroom, with a 140cm bed. As well as a dormitory room equipped with 2 single 90cm beds and a convertible sofa. A bathroom with WC. Outside, you will benefit from a covered south-facing terrace which will allow you to enjoy your meals outdoors. Also, you can enjoy a swimming pool that can be used and heated from June to September. A charcoal barbecue is also at your disposal. You can also park your vehicles within the grounds. You park when you arrive and you can, if you wish, do everything on foot or by bike during your stay, perfect for enjoying the restaurants with your feet in the sand, our cycle paths and other special places in our region. A sunny vacation is waiting for you!

Maison et emplacement très appréciés et idéal pour une grande famille.

Maison globalement bien équipée Il est néanmoins dommage qu’au prix de la location les draps et serviettes ne soient pas intégrés et que les lits ne soient pas fait ! Au prix de la location cela serait un véritable plus en terme de prestations.

Très bon séjour !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour entre amis. Nous étions 2 couples avec 2 enfants et la maison s’y prête très bien avec chacun nos espaces. La piscine est très belle avec un bel extérieur ! Nous avons pu manger les différents repas exclusivement sur la terrasse couverte. Le seul bémol est la route très passante à côté et qui reste bruyante la nuit. Pour le reste nous recommandons !

Propreté de manière générale à revoir, moquettes sales dans les chambres Vaisselle usée

Extérieur et piscine très bien mais propreté de la maison à revoir.. ( couettes , oreillers avec taches. , housse des fauteuils et coussins sales (poils ) ,tapis des chambres sales , cuisine bancale avec Ustensiles usés et insuffisants pour la capacité de la maison .bbq très sale . Odeurs dans les placards des chambres de « renfermé « Bonne situation au calme .

Grossartiges Haus, schöner Urlaub

Das Haus entspricht tatsächlich genau den Fotos. Der Pool ist angenehm groß (ca. 7x4 m), alles ist gemütlich eingerichtet und war auch sauber. Die Lage ist gut, mit dem Fahrrad ist man in ca. 4 Minuten an verschiedenen Stränden oder beim kleinen Supermarkt. Eigentlich ist es auch wirklich sehr ruhig dort, einzig auf der Straße fahren manchmal recht laute Motorräder vorbei - aber bei offenem Fenster schlafen war kein Problem. Zwei kleine Mankos gab es dann doch: Wir haben eigene Bettwäsche mitgebracht, aber es wurde nirgends erwähnt, dass die einzig verfügbaren Bettdecken Übergröße von ca. 200x200 cm haben. Außerdem fehlte ein Kescher für den Pool, um diesen von Insekten oder und Laub zu befreien. Besonders positiv ist hier aber die Agentur Orpi zu nennen, die sich um alles hervorragend gekümmert hat. Als wir wegen Algenbildung im Pool Bescheid gesagt haben, kam noch am selben Nachmittag jemand vorbei und hat den Pool gereinigt. Insgesamt ist ein Aufenthalt hier zu 100% zu empfehlen.

nice place

nice house with spacious bedrooms, not very clean, mould on shower curtain, kitchen ok but getting older, tv worked fine, and enough space to sit everywhere, garden is pretty with good swimmingpool. (although we could not use it the last 2 days of the week because the water had turned green). quiet neighbourhood, plenty of parking space in the street and 1 car on premises, we had a nice stay
