Enjoy the warm climate all year round in an endearing apartment, very sunny, on the beachfront and in an exclusive environment. Nice and quiet urbanization on the beach designed for relax. Located in the heart of the Costa del Sol, in the magical city of Fuengirola, in a quiet area, without noise, ideal to escape and rest. All services (cafes, restaurants, supermarkets) within walking distance.

The Space:
The urbanization consists of beautiful apartments designed for relaxation and enjoyment, with marble floors and Andalusian-inspired gardens. At dawn from the terrace you can smell freshly cut grass, or the freshness of the recently watered garden. At sunset it is the gentle sea breeze that provides us with a pleasant well-being. Such a pleasure for the Senses!!

You will immediately feel a special atmosphere that will make you feel as if you were in your own home. Every detail has been carefully chosen to give it its own personality.

In the spacious and bright living room there is a comfortable sofa and a modern table with its chairs. Located next to the window there is a charming desk, from where you have views of the sea, an ideal and inspiring place to write. There is also a 44” HD TV with International TV channels, perfect for watching your favorite shows, whatever you are from. Throughout the house there is an excellent high speed internet connection (300 Mbps) due to the fiber optic installation. WiFi is fast, totally free and without limits!

The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed (160x200), a large wardrobe and a nice chest of drawers. All bedding, towels, as well as complimentary shower gel and shampoo are provided. There is a fully equipped bathroom, with a large mirror and a relaxing bathtub that can also be used as a shower.

From the living room and the master bedroom there is access to the private terrace with west face and 15 m2, where there is a table with chairs, comfortable sun loungers and an umbrella to mitigate the heat if necessary. This tremendously bright space, with spectacular views of the sea and the sound of the waves, is undoubtedly the perfect place to rest and enjoy your vacation.

The kitchen is equipped with all appliances: oven, refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, juicer. We also provide all the utensils you may need during your stay: crockery, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, coffee cups, kettle, stainless steel pots and pans. You will also find a useful iron with its corresponding ironing board.

* After accepting your reservation, we will contact you in 24 hours, to give you all the details about your stay, also the link to our website.
*Previous reservation you can contact us to clarify any questions in order to make a decision. We will be happy to hear from you.
* Please not noise after 23:00!!
It is very important to respect the neighborhood. You can have fun as long as you are respectful of others, especially at night and in the early morning. In common areas please be respectful.
* Respect the environment, it is the legacy that we are going to leave to future generations, so please do not leave lights on unnecessarily. Use air conditioning and heater when really needed.
*You can not put electronic devices other than we provide for your stay (for example extra radiators, etc ..)
* NOT STRANGERS!!!
Only people that appear in the reservation (and given us copy of their ID/Passports) request can stay in the apartment.
* Please, do not smoke in the apartment. It is only allowed on the balcony.
*Pets are not allowed.
* Please leave the apartment in the same condition in which you found it. Otherwise, you could pay € 60 for cleaning costs.
Failure to comply with any of the aforementioned rules may cause cancellation of the reservation and immediate eviction!
* And lastly, the most important rule, we wish you the BEST STAY YOU HAVE EVER HAD !!
