Quiet country setting nestled in the trees. Enjoy your stay in our new (2018) modern cabin on 30 acres in the piney woods. Sip your favorite beverage rocking on the enormous porch while your steaks are cooking on the grill. At night you can gather around the lower fire pit and stargaze. It is unlikely you will encounter anyone other than the hosts, unless you venture out for walk down to one of the neighboring farms.

It’s a gorgeous place. I took pics for ideas on building my own house. It’s a perfect place to relax, bird watch, drink coffee/mimosa, playing games with family, roasting s’mores etc.

As always, this is the one of the best properties on the VRBO site. The hospitality of the hosts is HANDS DOWN the best I’ve ever experienced. The property is immaculate and peaceful. Perfect weekend getaway

What a beautiful property in rural Texas! The house was great and perfect for three adults. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit, playing horseshoes, rocking in the chairs on the porch and hiking the wooded trail. The farm fresh eggs and fall decorations were a welcome surprise! Everything made for a lovely weekend.

It was the perfect getaway. 2 girls needing a de stress break and we got it! The house was amazing. All the little touches were thought of…fully stocked kitchen, farm fresh eggs, s’mores! Plenty of firewood, comfortable beds, and exceptionally clean. Hiking trails to walk and a peaceful setting. We will definitely be back!

Perfection in the Pines

Lovely home, location, & hosts. Very clean, well stocked kitchen & bathrooms. The porch is amazing & quiet, perfect for that morning cup of coffee and/or evening glass of vine; for visiting, listening, & wildlife watching. Easy communication with hosts. This was our second stay & would love to stay again. Highly recommend.
