The ski slope access is only about a 40 yd walk from the condo. Great place!

Great cozy condo

Great ski in-ski out location in beautiful Telluride. Very comfortable beds in a quiet corner of the building. Host was very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.

Best location!

We stayed here for a ski trip 1st week in January. There was a total of 5 of us (myself, my husband, my teen son, my 7 yr old daughter, and my mom who didn’t ski). The unit was very comfortable for the 5 of us and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare breakfasts and cook dinners. It was comfortable and cozy, and furniture was all essentially new. The location of the unit for the views and ski in ski out was the absolute best! It was truly easy even with kids. The shuttle to the gondola made it simple to drop our daughter off at ski school each morning, and then we just put on our boots in the ski lockers in the building and walked a short easy walk down the parking lot to the ski rack where we stored our skis and skied out and back in off of double cabin run. My mom LOVED the shuttle to take her to the gondola to get around mountain village or down to town. We have stayed 7 other times in different locations in the mountain village core, and this has been one of our favorite stays. Dory was great at communicating before and during our stay. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

William has owned at the lodge for many years. Being in the Mountain village area
makes the skiing so easy and convenient, hope you will enjoy the central location as much as we have over the years. Summer hiking, biking, fishing so much to see and do. Winter
skiing, ice skating, snow mobile rental nearby.(tours)

Why they chose this property

Love the convenience. So close to everything, free shuttle to mountain village
core, and gondola. Christies Sports upstairs in the lodge, restaurant and bar also
located there, pool, hot tubs, small work out room, steam room and dressing rooms.
Put on boots grab skis and a quick walk down the driveway to ski run. Skiing, snowboarding, snowmobile shop not far away, grocery store all very convenient. Bellman
and all of the employees are friendly and always ready to help with luggage, parking ect.

What makes this property unique

We offer much lower rates than the lodge. Our unit is on the end so pretty quiet, first floor. Laundry room at the end of hallway with coin operated machines. The views are awesome from the unit. 360 San Juan Mountains, trees and a running creek in back.
NO parking lot views from our unit.
