Large villa of 180m2 in the quiet of the countryside, 8km from the beaches of Ajaccio or the gulf of lava on a plot of 10 000m2 with olive trees and centuries-old oaks. The jacuzzi, the ping-pong table and the pétanque will relax you after your beach or mountain days. Unless you prefer to bask in the shade of the mulberry tree or the oaks or even enjoy the garden furniture on the terraces watching the cooking of the BBQ.

Un vrai bon séjour d'une dizaine de jours entre amis !

Une maison très spacieuse, propre, dans un coin très calme et doté d'une très belle vue sur Ajaccio et la mer. Comptez au moins une vingtaine de minutes de voiture depuis la résidence pour aller vers les plus belles plages. La cuisine est assez grande, le salon est un vrai bonheur et tout le nécessaire de linge/lavage/ménage/douche est présent. Le jacuzzi est fort appréciable. Deux seuls défauts dont le premier vraiment mineur : la présence d'énormément de fourmis / guêpes à l'extérieur de par les dizaines de terriers et nids. Le second en revanche un peu plus embêtant étant la piscine qui se trouve derrière la maison en hauteur, elle n'est pas devant l'habitation près de la terrasse etc, ce qui pourrait en déranger plus d'un. à part ça je recommande d'y aller les yeux fermés. Frédérique est très douce et au service de ses clients en cas de pépin !

Das Haus war nicht gut gereinigt. Der Garten vor dem Haus war okay, ein schöner Ausblick auf Ajaccio und Meer, das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmte nicht.
