Welcome to your Disney vacation home! With a full-size private pool and pool spa, two game rooms, and themed bedrooms galore, this is the place to be for post-park fun. Have fun cooking meals together in the open full kitchen, complete with full-size appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar for casual meals. The garage game room is all set up with foosball, air hockey, and an arcade cabinet for fun hangouts. But movie fans will love the upstairs lounge with a 100-inch projector screen, an XBOX One, a Playstation 4, a pool table, and a complete wet bar with a mini-fridge. Enjoy access to the resort clubhouse, a shared pool, a lazy river, a water slide, and a tropical bar.

You'll have lots of themed bedrooms to choose from, including Star Wars, Avengers, Beauty and the Beast, and floral. Each bedroom includes direct bathroom access, including one deluxe en suite with a soaking tub and a private entrance to the pool deck.

Within a 5-mile drive of your home, there is a Publix Super Market at Berry Town Center for groceries throughout your stay. Within 10 miles, enjoy Sunset Walk for restaurants and live outdoor music, H2O Water Park, and Disney's Hollywood Studios. More fun can also be found within 15 miles at Disney's Magic Kingdom, Disney Springs (formerly known as Downtown Disney), Disney's EPCOT, Disney's Animal Kingdom, the theme park Fun Spot America in Kissimmee, and Falcons Fire Golf Course. Approximately within 20 miles are SeaWorld, Give Kids the World Village, and Universal Studios, while Legoland Florida is within 35 miles.

Coco Beach (on the East Coast of Florida), Cape Canaveral Space Center, Clearwater Beach (on the West Coast, Gulf), and Silver Glenn Springs are all within 80 miles of home.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Street parking is also available.
Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts.
Pool heat is available for a minimum of three nights between October and May.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
