A 13m2 bedroom with 2 beds (which can be twinned to make one of 160) and a comfortable extra bed.
A living room of 9m2 which can be isolated by a Californian blind and equipped with a sofa bed in 140.
WC and separate bathroom.
Plenty of storage.
Calm dogs (and cats) are welcome. (Respect for co-ownership).
