This home is located in the gated resort community of ChampionsGate, half a mile east of the Oasis Club, where you'll find such fantastic shared amenities as a lazy river, a two-story water slide, a pool, a kids' splash area, a hot tub, a well-equipped gym, tennis and volleyball courts, a theater, a game room, a restaurant, and bars. Just beyond the resort grounds, you can take an easy drive to Disney World (12 miles northeast), tee off at one of the many championship golf courses in the area, or spend a day at Universal Studios' Islands of Adventure and the Wizarding World of Harry Potter (22 miles northeast).

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
