The tavern area with sofa, a bedroom with 2 single beds that can be joined if necessary, fireplace, table with 6 chairs, kitchen with 5 burners, oven, hood, frost-free refrigerator, freezer and double sink; 1 bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, toilet; large outdoor garden equipped with table and chairs. The apartment is ventilated and also very cool, you don't suffer from the heat during the day and at night you sleep pleasantly with a sheet.

Within 400 meters from the house there are a butcher, bakery, delicatessen, minimarket, food, the Post Office, a large square where the weekly market takes place on Friday, a bar with excellent production of artisan ice cream and pizzeria.

tutto bene

Abbiamo trascorso una splendida settimana in questa struttura molto carina. L'appartamento e' ben arredato,ci siamo sentiti subito "a casa",si trova in una zona tranquilla, parcheggio privato e coperto,giardino ben curato...cosa dire di più

La villetta è come da descrizione e nelle foto. è l'ultima di una serie di villette a schiera e confina con un bel campo di alberi di fico, si trova in una posizione molto tranquilla ma al tempo stesso a 200 metri di distanza c'è la strada principale del paese dove ci sono minimarket bar e vari negozi di alimentari. Si scende nel box auto direttamente con la macchina tramite uno scivolo (anche se la nostra macchina essendo un pò bassa toccava leggermente il sottoparaurti anteriore nella discesa nel box) da cui si accede poi tramite una porta nella grande stanza centrale. In generale la zona tavernetta è molto comoda e fresca e arredata con gusto e sopratutto pulita. Il bagno con un grande box doccia è veramente bello e i sanitari sono nuovi insieme ai rubinetti e al miscelatore della doccia. Nella camera da letto con i due lettini si sentiva ancora l'odore di "nuovo". Infine molto cordiale e disponibile il proprietario che ha avuto la premura di lasciare sul tavolo una copia con il calendario dei controlli autovelox che il comune effettuava nel mese di giugno nonostante abbiamo soggiornato solo 5 giorni. Consigliato :)

bellissimo appartamento

Appartamento spazioso, pulito, molto ben tenuto. Ospitalita' (consegna-riconsegna chiavi, comunicazioni pre-arrivo) ottima. Lo consigliamo, e - se ne avremo l'occasione - ci ritorneremo.
