This is a self-contained loft 1 Bedroom/1 Bathroom condo. very easy access to highway 75, with designated garage parking spot.

The studio bedroom is a suite and it includes a queen size bed and a queen sofa bed in Living room. This apartment is well-equipped with a full kitchen with convection microwave, fridge, dishwasher, stove top cooking facilities and laundry facilities (Washer/Dryer). It offers a dining and lounge area with a 55-inch flat-screen TV including cable tv. It features a ducked air conditioner and heater. There is a secure entrance and elevator access in the building. This is a scam - do not stay here

This place is not as advertised. We arrived to the unit with the expectation to work from home and apartment hunt in Dallas for the week. We were disgusted to find dirty sheets our first night there. After attempting to put them in the washer/dryer that is advertised for this listing, we found out the washer was broken and would not fill up with water. After three days of calling the GA living suites team no maintenance came and we checked out to stay in a hotel for the remaining 4 days of the trip. At this point we were told that we would be refunded for the nights we were no longer staying there. It has been a month later - no refund, no response to our emails, and no answer when we call their “customer service.” DO NOT stay at any of GA Living Suites units this entire operation is a scam.
