Thank you for your feedback, Jane. The spa tends to turn off on its own for some reason. We have had to closely monitor it to make sure it stays on. As for the 5th bedroom, it was clearly stated on the listing that it is opened for group of 12 or more guests, but we accommodated your request and opened it to your group upon your request. We are glad that your group enjoyed the stay. and we will gladly welcome you again on your next visit in Dallas. :)

As for the pool and hot tub heating, they are both working perfectly fine. As advised, we can only heat one at a time and it takes 12-15 hours to have each one fully heated. We understand that by the time you wanted to switch and have the pool heated, you needed to wait long hours for it to be completed. Thus, we have immediately issued a refund upon your request. We apologize if your stay was not perfect. The pool heater was perfectly working until your check-in date. We are not sure what happened. We totally understand the inconvenience and decided to refund you the full amount of the pool heating fee though you were able to use the heated pool on your last evening. Be assured that all issues and concerns were taken care off. We hope we can host you again to improve your impression.
