The host was very responsive - we had 11 of us stay at the property for 3 days. It is brilliant. I think 14 would be too many if I’m honest based on the sofas used to make up the extra numbers of beds - but I would say 11 is a great number. The property was clean, very well equipped and only a short 8 minute uber into Lille central. Great supermarket and bakery nearby. Very private so perfect for families or groups.
