Wake up to breathtaking scenic views from the comfort of your King mattress, as your master suite is lined with oversized windows and personal access leading to your small, secluded lanai! The master bathroom also boasts an enormous walk-in tiled shower, with peekaboo seascape views, dual sink vanity, granite countertops and closet space!

This unit has a bright, clean, and fresh aesthetic, in the living room, you will find comfortable seating, including the Queen sleeper sofa, an LCD flat screen TV for relaxing after a fun day outdoors and incredible scenic views, large floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors accessing your lanai. The Villa was very spacious and the kitchen was nicely stocked with everything you need. Having beach chairs umbrellas and a cooler was also very handy! Both bedrooms had lovely ocean views and the bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels and amenities. This was by far our favorite villa stay at kapalua. The team at quam properties also did a great job servicing any needs we had. They were very quick to respond. Looking forward to our next trip back to kapalua!

Amazing Vacation Villa!

This villa looks exactly like the pictures. We saw whales from the deck and a Mink Seal napping in the beach. It had more than enough room for our family of 5, it was immaculate and comfortable. The pool and grill area was never over crowded, there was a great walking trail, and the small beach was perfect. I can’t wait to come back for a longer stay.

Amazing Views

We loved staying at the Kapalua Bay Villas, we could walk to 3 different beaches, there was cliff jumping nearby at multiple spots and the views from the apartment were amazing. We stayed in whale watching season and there wasn’t a single moment when we didn’t see a whale. It was gorgeous. The pools are great too, great place to stay, highly recommended.

Heaven for a week!

We could not have chosen a more perfect location to spend a week on Maui at! This condo was beautiful and had most everything that we needed… And when we noticed that a couple of things were missing like a toaster, cutting boards, the property manager replace them within an hour! I can’t begin to express what a beautiful view we had from the master bedroom upstairs! I sat every morning in the beautiful chair and watch the whales breach! It was absolutely magical! This condo was absolutely perfect for our family and we cannot wait to return!

Beautiful property with a wonderful view.

We really enjoyed our stay. The Kapalua shoreline is beautiful. We were worried that since this condo wasn't right on the shore that we wouldn't have a great view. Fortunately it's above the front row of condos so there's an unobstructed view. We saw whales breaching about 1/4 mile offshore from the lanai. The condo itself is beautiful, clean and comfortable. We'd gladly return.

Great view and great location, but.... When we arrived, there was an awful stench in the whole condo. It appeared that a previous guest had let fish go bad in the fridge and then tried to flush it down the garbage disposal. It was awful for the the first 2 days! All the windows were open when we arrived, apparently an attempt by housecleaning to get the smell out, but it did not help. We bought air freshener spray and cleaned out the fridge and garbage disposal ourselves, just so we could stay in there the first night. Many items need attention: 1) The AC could not keep up during the hot afternoons. The owner decided to remove a major window shade upstairs, and it is the one that blocks the most afternoon sun. Even when set low (like 66-68 degrees), the AC could not cool the upstairs loft enough stay up there around 3-5pm. 2) Patio door lock did not work, and when it did it got stuck. Our daughter even got locked out on the patio at one point. :( We just left it unlocked the rest of the week. Luckily it was on the second floor and no one tried to get in while we were gone. 3) Two bathroom sinks upstairs drained so slow that they filled up while using them. Water pressure wasn't great either. 4) At least two window blinds and a vent window crank were broken and unusable. When we first brought these issues to the attention of the property managers (Quam Properties), their initial response was "the property stays booked up all the time and we have had no other complaints." That was disappointing, and not exactly the kind of response you expect with those type of real issues. Once they actually sent a maintenance guy to see the issues they did try to make things right, but many of the problems couldn't be fixed with us there. Overall the property has great potential, but the management of the property seems to be lacking. We've done lots of similar VRBO Condos, and never had this many issues. If they fix those problems and stay on top of things more, this can be a fantastic property. As it is now, it's a 3/5 star option.
