Very nice recent 32m2 studio (4 people) fully furnished in secure residence, with terrace and garden of 34m2 and a private parking space.

Ideally located 5 minutes walk from the beaches, port, shops and the village of Carqueiranne with its market every Thursday to fully enjoy your holidays on foot.

Equipment :
Main room with foldaway double bed (2 people), convertible sofa (1 adult or 2 children), TV, WiFi internet.

Fully equipped open kitchen, with induction hob, oven / microwave, fridge / freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, kettle and everything you need for cooking.
Bathroom with washing machine, hairdryer, shower cabin and large full-length mirror cupboard.
Sheets, towels and tea towels provided free of charge.

Reversible climate control

For sports enthusiasts, many nautical activities are available within 5km (Almanarre beach), 2 diving clubs at 600m, and the Golf de Valgarde at 8km.
The landing stage to discover the islands of Hyères is only 8 / 13km away and many other nearby visits (hiking, beaches, coves, fishing, Provencal / night markets, vineyards ...).
For night owls a disco is accessible on foot.
